Apple Releases Java Update To Officially Fix Flashback Trojan Vulnerability, Update Now!

Apple has released a Java security update for OS X Lion 2012-13 which fixes the most common variants of the Flashback malware.
It is thought up to 600,000 of Mac users were affected by the malware that installed itself via a malicious website which then  exposed the computer to control by hackers.
Apple have been criticised for failing to deal with the Trojan threat more quickly and after several other security firms released their own Flashback removal tools ahead of Apple's latest security update.
